On Sunday, October 23, 2011 the Ottawa Italian Community Centre held an Unveiling of their Memorial Wall to honour Italian Canadians who were interned during the Second World War and Ottawa Italian Canadian Soldiers who died in the line of duty during the Second World War (1939-1945).
