Dear Ms. Palumbo:
As you know, our organization has been a member of the National Capital District of the Congress of Italian-Canadians for many years.
In view of recent events and the fact that we have not been invited to two consecutive meetings where Tele-30 was discussed, we inform you that we no longer consider The National Capital District of the Congress as representing our interests.
As a result, we will not be renewing our membership with the National Capital District of the Congress of Italian-Canadians.
In addition, please remove the name of our corporation from the Congress’s list of members.
Also, the fact that a representative of Tele-30 - an organization that includes over 140 members that belong to our community and it is an associative member in good standing - was not invited to those meetings, has demonstrated a strong and unjustifiable discriminatory behavior against it.
Consequently, we reserve the right to seek legal action in order to defend the name and reputation of Tele-30 and its members.

come a Lei è noto, la nostra Organizzazione è stata Membro del Congresso degli Italo-Canadesi (Distretto della Capitale della Nazione) per molti anni.
In considerazione dei recenti eventi e della circostanza che Tele-30 non è stata invitata a due assemblee consecutive - durante le quali la nostra Corporation è stata oggetto di discussione in agenda - non riteniamo più che il Congresso degli Italo-Canadesi (Distretto della Capitale della Nazione) rappresenti i nostri interessi: la informiamo, pertanto, che non rinnoveremo più la nostra tessera come membro del Congresso degli Italo-Canadesi (Distretto della Capitale della Nazione).
Per questi motivi le chiediamo, inoltre, di cancellare il nome della nostra Corporation dalla lista dei membri del Congresso.
E, ancora, il fatto che un rappresentante di Tele-30 - una organizzazione assolutamente in regola sotto tutti i profili giuridici e amministrativi, e che include più di 140 membri appartenenti alla nostra comunità - non sia stato invitata a queste assemblee, ha dimostrato un duro e ingiustificabile comportamento discriminatorio verso di essa.
Conseguentemente a tutto ciò, ci riserviamo il diritto di valutare l'opportunità di intraprendere un'azione legale a tutela sia del nome che della reputazione di Tele-30 e dei suoi membri.
